Today we spent another day enjoying Mammoth.
Even after 30 years of visiting Mammoth, I still find a new hike everytime. This time Annie and I hiked up to an abandoned mine. It was pretty cool seeing rusty mining equipment and dilapitated buildings in the middle of the forest. Afterwards, we continued up to a beautiful hidden lake.
For the second time on this trip, we crossed paths with Mike and Vicki. They were on their way to Carson City to celebrate their 27th anniversary. After a great dinner at The Mogul, we sat around the condo and talked about old times.
